Delivery

Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. (UK time) on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m., on weekends, or on UK public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.

UK Delivery Times

We ship UK standard orders using Royal Mail 48-hour Signed & Tracked. Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days.

Important: Delivery timelines may extend during bank holidays and promotional sale periods.

Returns

You may return your purchase within 30 days of receiving it, provided items meet the conditions below.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in their original, sellable condition with all tags/packaging intact.
  • Worn or washed items cannot be accepted for a refund or exchange.
  • Suits are sold as complete sets. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for individual suit pieces (mix-and-match) as this makes the set unsellable.

UK Returns

For UK customers, Suitoria provides FREE Royal Mail tracked returns. Use your returns link/portal to generate a free label and follow the instructions provided.

  • Ensure your order number is included.
  • If you do not have a printer, you can present the barcode at a Post Office where available.
  • Please keep your proof of postage until your return is processed.

International Returns

  • International returns are accepted for refunds only.
  • For size/colour changes, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
  • If returning across borders, label the parcel as "returned unwanted GB purchase" to help avoid import charges.

Refunds

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If your order had free shipping, you will receive a full refund (subject to the return conditions above).
  • Please allow up to 7 days from the date we receive your return to process it.
  • If you need an urgent replacement, place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
  • Returns or exchanges requested after 30 days may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
