Returns
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition that you received it
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Have all original tags attached
- Be in the original packaging (where applicable)
- Include proof of purchase (order number/receipt)
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@suitoria.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Once your return is authorised, we will send you instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label. Items sent back without authorisation may not be accepted.
Returns for UK Customers
We provide free Royal Mail tracked returns within the UK, where applicable.
Email us at support@suitoria.com to get information.UK exchanges: UK customers may request an exchange (subject to availability) within 30 days of delivery.
Returns for International Customers
International returns are accepted for refunds only.
If you need a different size or colour, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
For cross-border returns, label the parcel as "Returned unwanted GB purchase" to help avoid additional import taxes.
International return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we confirm in writing that we will provide a prepaid return label for your return.
General Return Guidelines
- Items must be in original, sellable condition.
- Worn, washed, damaged, or altered items will not be accepted for refund.
- Suits are sold as complete sets. Individual pieces from a set cannot be returned separately.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email to confirm whether your refund has been approved.
- If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- If approved, refunds are processed within up to 7 days after we receive and inspect your return, and it may take up to 10 business days for your bank/card provider to post the refund.
- The initial delivery charge is non-refundable.
- Orders shipped with free delivery will receive a full refund of the product price (subject to return conditions).
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Returns requested after 30 days are normally not accepted. If we approve an exception in writing, a 20% restocking fee may apply.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still have not received your funds, please contact us at support@suitoria.com.
